Instantly-Confirmed Bookings General Booking Conditions Rates published are available only for bookings made with any Website under the Agoda Travel Network (including Planet Holiday and Precision Reservations) and are not available from the hotel directly. In many cases, we have access to special wholesale rates and you will not receive the same discounts if you contact the hotel directly. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.   We will only charge your credit card on completion and confirmation of your booking. You will be issued a hotel voucher via email with the confirmation which must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. We assume no responsibility if you do not present the voucher upon check-in. If you lose this voucher, please notify us and we will email or fax you a replacement prior to check-in.   If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, a cancellation fee of US$20 will apply.   Any cancellations received after the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email (including requests made within this period) are subject to a minimum of a 1 (ONE) night cancellation fee, unless you are notified otherwise in the confirmation email. The additional US$20 cancellation fee will NOT be charged in this case.   Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a minimum cancellation fee of one (1) night, or more, per room, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.   Any changes to your reservation must be made through our agents and not directly with the hotel. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part. Any problems or questions on your reservation prior to arrival or during your stay at the hotel should be directed to our Customer Service agents. We must be notified of all cancellations within our normal office hours from 08:00-18:00 (GMT+7).   Government Tax and Hotel Service Fees: Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. (Agoda) is not necessarily the vendor collecting and remitting the tax to the applicable tax authorities. Agoda's actual tax cost paid to the vendor or authorities may vary from the Government Tax, depending upon the rates, taxability and market procedures in effect at the time of the actual use of the hotel. The rates charged and disclosed to customers on the booking form are based on market conditions and are estimated at Agoda's sole discretion.
